The parking area was a bit cramped. My key card to access room was a bit problematic

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Long wait for check in - arrived at 1500 hrs and staff made us wait an hour for check in. No drink or refreshment offered during hot long wait. Restaurant - poor quality of food. One morning arrived at buffet breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes for more fresh fruit and food to be brought out as all food completely gone - and waiters forgot our “mains” order.

We booked last minute and got a great deal - the daily yoga and breath work classes were great, the views and pool was amazing - wish we had more time here and in Ubud

It’s 20mins below the centre of Ubud. They offer a free shuttle, but it still wasn’t a great base with most of the temples, restaurants and waterfalls being in Ubud centre or north of ubud. Still I would stay again for a few nights!

I like the private villa

There are no food options. They need to work on their food. Limited and bland menu

Everything. The zen location, the yoga and Balinese classes integrated into the room rates. Floating breakfast. Easy access to the pool from the room. Massage & spa.

Lack ironing facilities. House keeping didn’t wash the glasses or replace the toiletries. No Netflix. Service at Breakfast was too long for the main dish. Many complain about poor breakfast on bookings due to the self service breakfast choices. This is because not many know they can order a main dish. This is what happen to me. After having the self service breakfast, when I was ready to go, a staff came up and ask me what I would like as a main for breakfast. Once you know, breakfast is haven and great!

breakfast was good (in addition to the spread, guest can order from the menu, as part of the provided breakfast). there was also free simple but delicious snacks provided in the afternoon to guests.

the gym facilities was a bit run-down, probably due to irregular use and less maintenance due to other priorities, i suppose.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ubud Nyuh Resort and it truly exceeded all expectations. The resort is nestled in the lap of nature. It also has great food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and consistently top notch. They also provide many activities such as yoga classes, sound healing , and spa treatments to enrich the guest's experience. This resort is a true sanctuary of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal choice for those seeking an opulent escape

Need more service at pools

Tolles, im balinesischen Stil gehaltenen, kleines Resort. Unsere Suite war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Das Resort ist zum Entspannen perfekt und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Zwar liegt das Resort etwas außerhalb von Ubud, aber mit dem kostenlosen Shuttleservice kommt man leicht ins Zentrum. Das Personal war sensationell! Während unserer Bali/Lombok Reise waren wir in acht unterschiedlichen Hotel. Dies war das Beste!

Nyuh Bali was a hidden paradise The resort is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time in the pool with the breathtaking view and quiet atmosphere. No doubt, it is a brilliant 5-star resort. They have lots of healing activities not to be missed. We totally feel relaxed and recharged. The food was sensational. Thanks to all the staff for a very memorable stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

The bathroom.

Well, this resort is listed as 5 star - luxury. Its probably more a 3 starts and definitely not luxury. The access road to the resort is unpaved, which tells a lot already. No security spotted either. Entrance to the resort is by a side sliding door that recall a car entrance. The resort is some decades old, and you can feel it. Rooms are dated, furnitures are sad and tired, as most of the place. Rooms are facing basically few meters from each other: or you keep always your curtains closed or your privacy goes to hell. 10 sun-beds shared between 3 pools for the whole resort. Barely at any shades due to lack of umbrella. The breakfast/restaurant room remind me a low class pension. Everything is actually very sad. Coming from a 2 nights in the previous real 5 stars luxury resort in Ubud, this place was a shock. For the same amount or few dollars more you can get the real thing. Cannot understand who gives such good reviews and rating. Probably they have no idea whats the real offer of Bali or whats 5 stars luxury means.

Surrounded by lush greenery. Lovely pools. Very accommodating staff. Very peaceful setting. Free shuttle service to town was great.

Lots of stairs to get around

It was a great experience staying at this resort. We really enjoyed the public pool, our suite room, and all free activities included. The main pool has an amazing view facing to the jungle The foods were excellent with affordable price. What makes our stay more perfect is the service from the staffs. They were so kind and attentive. We definitely will come back soon

Das hotel liegt schön im grünen und ist sehr weitläufig, umfasst von der schönen Natur hat es einen besonderen Flair. Das personal ist auch sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und die Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle Auswahl. Schuttle verfügbar. Genügend Handtücher.

Für ein 5 Sterne Resort habe ich allerdings mehr erwartet. Die Anlage scheint schon ein bisschen älter, sodass von außen mal ein neuer Anstrich und Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig wären. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich teilweise nicht rausstellen, da sie auch schon ein bisschen älter ist. Zurzeit sind rechts neben dem Resort Bauarbeiten, teilweise startet der Krach schon um 6 Uhr morgens und es wird bis spät abends gehämmert. Leider wurden wir darüber nicht im Vorfeld informiert, ziemlich schade, denn unter Entspannung besonders zu dem Preis haben wir was anderes erwartet. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und wurden für eine Nacht in eine Pool Villa und dann für die anderen Nächte in ein anderes Doppelzimmer gebracht. Ziemliche stressig. Wir hatten nachts dann Ruhe, aber tagsüber am Pool oder besonders bei den Yoga Einheiten, war man von den Renovierungsarbeiten gestört. Ich würde das Hotel zurzeit nicht empfehlen, es sei denn man bucht eine Pool Villa auf der linken Hotelseite und man hält sich nur in der Villa auf.

It was quite a drive to Ubud and the road to the resort was pretty bumpy.

1) the room layout is amazing 2) the style of the hotel 3) customer service 4) wonderful birthday surprise for my husband which included room decoration and pancakes

1) the problem with their beautiful bathroom layout is there comes a time when the water stops going down the drain and the whole bathroom gets flooded as its an opened shower area. 2) pool water is way too cold 3) breakfast options are limited, as my husband cant eat dairy/ eggs there was nothing he could eat. 4) speaking of the honeyroom room, it isnt sound proof and we could clearly hear the conversations going on in the room next to us.

the facilities were really nice, really good bedrooms, very peaceful and the offering of different classes every day was great. breakfast was really nice and the staff were really helpful.

the distance from central Ubud is about 30 mins but the upside to this is the hotel is very peaceful

The ambiance is truly exceptional. Breakfast had a great variety. Staff is AMAZING, especially Dita, Ngurah, and Yana. Beds were super comfortable. Even though the resort was fully booked, we often felt like we were the only ones there. Really great getaway.

On the last day the ants under the rolled towels 😔.

This accomodaton is very clean & luxurious with friendly staff. It is located in the serene village, away from city's hustle, exactly what we need. The resory also provide shuttle to the city center multiple times in a day, daily yoga, and many activities like sound healing & breathwork for free. The breakfast is also great with lots of choices. And not forget to mention the spa, that was the best massage i've ever had. We will definitely come back to stay next year
