spacious accommodation, good location and area. Helpful and friendly host who made us a fire in the fire pit one evening which was a nice touch.

The house overall was not clean. The bedding and towels were fresh but the rest of the house needed a deep clean.

Awesome Stay. luxurious place in Ooty.

Location is awesome, facilities were all good, services was too good, response from Mr Akeel was so much good, he was on the toes for everything in so much cold weather. Loved to stay here, looking more at this stay on our next visit.

We, a group of eight, stayed at the property to celebrate FIL's 75th Birthday and of course for sight seeing. The area was calm, pleasant and rooms were cozy. Best thing was the homely food served from nearby mess. The Team was always friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. Glad to mention about the property Manager, Mr Akheel, who is quite efficient, pleasant and helpful. He stood with us for every little thing including for Birthday party arrangements. The big plus was they arranged even a camp-fire for us as a bonus.

A little more cleanliness, a faster wifi-network would help more
