The room size wasn't bad and the bed was comfortable and clean.

A huge flight of stairs in order to access the hotel, as it's located on the top of a hill. There was only 1 tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom, none in the room. In addition, they charge you a few extra euros at the checkout as a tourist tax.

Was as it looks in the pictures. We had a balcony room, east facing so we were able to sit and watch the sunrise during our stay. Was very peaceful on the balcony, not much road noise at all and were able to only really hear the waves rolling in. A two minute walk down the steps to the harbour, they were steep but there was ample parking if you wanted to drive down instead. Staff very friendly and the room was spot on. Plenty of space for a couple and the shower was spot on. We didn't have breakfast although the eating area looked beautiful ( we did find a lovely patisserie a 5 minute walk from the hotel though if you wanted an alternative choice)

Nothing it was all lovely, clean and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Booked this as a journey breaker en route to Spain thus only for one night. Very nice hotel and would have liked a couple of days more.

Possibly a little difficult to locate without a GPS or a good map reader.

nice view of St Jean de Luz

room was very small, decor was quite tired an in need of a refresh. hotel is at the top of a hill, quite a long way from St Jean de Luz.

The view over the port and beach is excellent. Only a short walk in to town. Lovely breakfast.

A fridge/mini bar would be nice. It was very hot. Keeping water/drinks cold would have been nice.

Lovely view of bay from balcony, simple but comfortable room and good shower.

The climb! Very difficult to get a taxi and we had to lug our cases up the steep and uneven steps in the heat from the bus stop. The price of breakfast 15 euros for a croissant and toast!

Comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. Walking distance from Saint Jean de Luz. Nice restaurants and bars nearby - explore the alleyways!

This little hotel is amazing and the pictures to do not do it justice. The view is just breathtaking and the rooms are very cute. The breakfast was also very good with a number of local products.

The parking is a little hard to find. Just take your time

it was in a great location and the view was exceptional from our balcony. the room was comfortable and a good size and the bathroom was lovely.

The hotel is lovely, tucked away in a corner of town right off the Camino de Santiago. the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Quiet and safe location to park.

No access to hotel until booking in time as it was closed. We left our car outside hotel with sign on windscreen. You gave to book breakfast night before and for 16 euros was just basics. So we gave it a miss. Steep climb down to the village was ok for us but not for the infirm.

Room had an excellent view with the balcony and was a good size. Bathroom was very nice and staff, although inexperienced at the time of our visit, were helpful.

Perhaps being a little more reliable info on local restaurants and recommendations
