Breakfast little disappointing for price not good value. for money

Very stylish and comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room. We felt very welcomed by the hosts and all the staff. We had a potential problem with our arrival time which was resolved promptly by the hotel.

it’s very well situated in a quiet street very near the beach and the commercial area. It’s a small hotel and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. There was a kettle with coffee and tea.

The room was quite small.

Personnel was nice and friendly, the hotel was very well located in the city centre, at the hotel you can realise they pay attention to every detail, the room was nice and cosy, and very clean..and the mattress very comfy.. i will highly recommend this place

The property was adorable ! So many thoughtful touches - I loved the library and garden !

This was a lovely hotel. Well situated close to the beach and the town centre. Breakfast was excellent, a great selection on offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, the room was comfortable and the staff excellent, the private parking was ideal also.

Everything. We tried quite hard to find faults and totally failed. The hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet street and very close to the sea front. During our three night stay our car remained safely in the hotel's own covered garage; we explored everywhere on foot. Hundreds of small shops, a wide choice of restaurants and one of the most amazing Basque churches we had ever visited. We found that Saint Jean de Luz is a really exciting and interesting old town with much to see and discover, even in late November

The style of the hotel and bedroom was very impressive. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

Stated car parking available. However this was in a public car park some distance from the hotel and because of the location relative to the hotel was not easy to find or locate a parking space. Although not a reflection on the hotel, we arrived in the middle of a very large, very noisy and very well attended air show. Driving to the hotel was very difficult with vast numbers of spectators in the vicinity and later in the town.

Everything went well. The staff were very informative and pleasant. The hotel itself was clean, warm and welcoming. It was excellently situated and convenient for everything. We will go there again.
