La ubicación

Llegamos antes de la hora estipulada para el chek in y aunque la habitación ya estaba lista nos cobraron 16€ por hacer un “check in temprano”. Un despropósito cuando en otros hoteles no nos cobraron ante la misma situación

Location, breakfast and staff

There was an issue on the hot water system affecting the whole building during our stay so I personally didn’t dare to use the shower. However, we must point out that the hotel staff apologized for this inconvenience. Better indications to access the nearby car parks would have been useful. We almost ended up stuck on a narrow street on our way to find one of the car parks.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a superb location. Great breakfast and lovely staff. My room had a stunning view of the cathedral and the valley – ask for this if you can.

Die Lage zur Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmern ist groß und war sauber. Parkhaus ist direkt neben an.

Zimmer im ersten Stock. Fenster ohne Aussicht. Gegenüber (ca. 3 M Abstand) waren Büros, so dass wir die Vorhänge zugezogen hielten Fliesen im Bad defekt und Schimmel am Wannenrand. Frühstück für die Qualität relativ teuer. Rührei z.B. vertrocknet. Personal hat noch vor dem Ende des Frühstücks angefangen das Buffet abzuräumen.

Recepção antipatica beirando a falta de educação. O ar só funcionava no quente , tornando o quarto insuportável mesmo no inverno. Instalações antigas .

El personal muy agradable. La ubicación inmejorable, a los pies del Alcázar, en pleno centro histórico. Unas vistas increíbles y próximo a multitud de rincones para visitar. El desayuno variado y muy bueno.

Lo único la ubicación.

Tener agua caliente, no estar tan dejado y viejo. Y mejor atención aunque fuera por la tarde, solo una persona de personal. Falta de teléfono para comunicarse en la habitación. No estaba muy limpio. DEJADEZ

I very much liked the location adjacent to the Alcazar as well as the Hopon-Hopoff bus starting point literally outside the door. This is important to me as I am older and have some mobility issues. Note to visitors...the tourist bus is much better than the tourist "train" in terms of seeing things...even if the train might seem more fun. The main square ( Zocodover Plaza) was only a 5 minute walkaway down the road. Most tours start from here. Breakfast was very good. The reception staff were extremely helpful in responding to any questions I had.

I have nothing negative to say.

Este hotel si fuera una pensión de cómo mucho 2 estrellas y al precio de 2 estrellas si, pero instalaciones viejas, sucias, sin accesibilidad, hasta quemazos en las colchas. Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero ya… encima antes de ir llamé unas 10 veces para que me explicaran el tema del parking, que no tienen…. Y ni devolvieron la llamada tocándome dar una vuelta entera de 15 minutos a todo Toledo porque no había donde dejar el coche.

Nada, es una auténtica vergüenza… “Sercotel First Class” de 4 estrellas cuando es pensión cutre, vieja y sucia y a precio de oro. Se os debería caer la cara de vergüenza… NO VAYÁIS

Que está en el centro

poca potencia WIFI, pero no es nada grave o a destacar.

El hotel esta situado en el centro de la ciudad. La decoración me ha gustado. El personal del hotel correcto y amable. La vista desde la habitación es espectacular.

En mi opinión el plato de ducha es mejor que la bañera

the door of the toilets was not closing properly. I could not sleep because of extreme temperature and air conditionning was not working properly.

The room itself was above expectations. The staff were friendly and informative. The hotel decore was fascinating.

could not lock the shower head height, no access to balcony but wasn't expected, people accessing balcony were noisey, no brush to clean the toilet.

Excelent location with great access to the old town. Very accomodating and informative staff. Found the best pizza shop outside of Italy just down the road.

3 star masquerading as a 4 star. Frayed carpets. Chipped paintwork. Leaking pipe beside the shower. Expensive Car parking two doors down and no concession.

Overall good hotel in the heart of Toledo

Parking was quite expensive

The location, the atmosphere.

Noise. From our room we could hear all (adult) activties around us (from showers to moving forniture to "oscillating" beds). It is OK that guests enjoy their stay; this is a complain for the onwers to invest in soundproofing.

The view from the balcony was incredible, we were very lucky to have that room. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms lovely and warm. The water temperature was great, perfect for a nice hot bath after exploring the city in the cold. The car park is a really short walk from the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the neighbours coughing and talking at night.
