Great breakfast. Pet friendly. Good location.
Shame there wasn't an outside terrace where I could have eaten breakfast with my dog. I chose this hotel as pet friendly and they welcomed my dog and provided a bed and bowl. We just ate breakfast individually which wasn't a problem.
Paying for parking which was 18 euros.

We booked the Sercotel Toledo Renacimiento but were contacted by the hotel staff advising that the property was not available due to unforeseen sir come stances. We were upgraded to SERCOTEL ALFONSO VI at no extra charge (4 star, so I am reviewing Sercotel Alfonso VI) and we were pleasantly surprised, the room was beautiful and very roomy. Comfortable extra large bed, seating lounge area, and huge bathroom. Location was central and close to shops. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.
We liked everything about the property!!

It was all very ordinary, not really 4 star
The hotel was very dull, no pictures on the wall, just a little sad
