Internet was very slow. Unable to read my emails

Could have informed us before we arrived that the Forbidden city needs to be booked a week in advance and that you need to book Tianamen Square a day in advance . We managed to go to the square but not the forbidden city which was disappointing

A historic hotel in a great location. Walking distance from the Forbidden Palace and Tiananmen square. Very close to the metro. Fantastic choice for breakfast. Great service.

The concierge, Coolio // Lee, was amazing. There is: doing a great job, going above and beyond and then there is: 'Coolio level service' , he was amazing. Helped me not only booking some of the key spots that I needed reservation for , to see in Beijing. He helped me with taxis, restaurants. He was honestly awesome. And the hotel is great, I only stayed for one night but the room was great, clean, everything and anything you need in it and more. The view is just the avenue that goes into Tiananmen square but !! that is the whole point!! the location is fantastic! right next to the Forbidden city and Tiananmen square. Really great ! The hotel staff even packed my breakfast for me to take with me at 2am, as I was going on my tour to the Great Wall. I would definitely stay there again !
