I liked that it was close to the beach and the breakfast had a great variety.
The pool area was messy, and the pool closed at 6 pm, so you couldn't watch the sun set from the terrace. The room was very small. It said it was 5 star but seems more like a 4 star hotel.

the staff were excellent. Mya and her assistant noa were fantastic. noa found us a room for early check in when the desk person could not. we loved the pool and the location is perfect. bed comfortable, shower hot and plenty pressure,we will be back

in TLV, which fell on shavouot 1st day
upon arrival, the check✔️in was challenging
due to many guests arriving at the same time
It took near to 45mn to get the room, tired of a long flight and annoyed by the slow service at the front desk,

The location is excellent. Central to everything in Tel -Aviv. Breakfast is good. Staff is attentive. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable. It was an executive room with a sea view. While it overlooked a busy beach it was quiet at night. Maya Harel - the guest relationship manager is amazing. She was very caring and I witnessed her looking after each guest’s comfort.

The hotel, despite being renovated completely, feels super old and at moments really in a bad shape (i.e. the elevators, the hall ways, etc). Reception staff is phenomenal, breakfast staff not so much - some great, some can't even make an macchiato coffee for breakfast. Not something I'd expect for a 5 star hotel. Still too much reliance on history and location and not enough effort to justify price and category.
