Breakfast was satisfactory given the price
Deluxe room with city view in fact looked straight at the air conditioning on the roof of a building. So a more accurate description would be appreciated.

Not telling, would rather keep it a secret!
Oh there was the heated toilet seat with built in bidet!
More crackers with Cheese Board that didn't have to be "discussed" first.

Beautiful new hotel right beside Hyde Park. The deluxe room is worth the extra money as there is a large entrance area for suitcases, clothes and shoes plus a table with mirror. The public areas are beautifully decorated. Tube station steps away and walk to Paddington 9 minutes. Breakfast lovely.

Location to underground station. Breakfast was excellent
NO hotwater in bathroom or shower, hotel reception lied twice saying that the system had failed that day, hot water available on last day of stay
