Really good location and clean room. It is on the small side but its was fine for a short stay.

No lift, a bit of a climb if your room is at the top.

Could do with an update and unfortunately there aren’t any lifts so not accessible for customers with mobility issues.

Handy position for travel. Very pleasant staff, room well equipped for the price. Very clean

Window very draughty, even when closed and blew straight onto the bed. I was really cold and the duvet was thin, for October. Worse than that, in the morning, after I’d flushed the toilet, there wasn’t a drop of water from the tap for me to wash my hands and the shower wasn’t working. This was bothering frustrating and annoying but I didn’t have time to call up for help. I’d left a limited time to get ready as I’d not slept well due to. Being cold. The repetition isn’t said I should have ring down like they often have this ‘water pressure’ problem in which case there should be a warning so clients can adjust their timings bit better still it needs sorting. I thought I was paying for en suite and that’s not what I got. So the room was not worth the cost. Plus going home unwashed, especially my hands was totally unacceptable I have video evidence
