Holiday Inn Express Newcastle City Centre by IHG

When we checked into the Holiday Inn Grainger Town on this occasion (we have stayed before), I immediately noted Nathan's warm welcome. It was just the right amount of courtesy, warmth and friendliness without being false over the top or in your face. We made our way to our room through clean fresh smelling corridors and the allocated room was just what was needed. The room was clean tidy and well maintained. Following a night out on the town we returned to the hotel and had drinks in the bar which were reasonably priced. We had a good night's sleep in a comfy bed with the signature holiday inn pillows which are superb. The following morning we went for the more than ample breakfast served by a lovely friendly team. We requested a couple of items off the cook to order menu and they arrived quickly and all was delicious. We will no doubt be back in the future because the location is great and there is convenient parking adjacent to the Holiday Inn Grainger Town Newcastle. Keep up the good work team, you are all brilliant. Thank you!

The breakfast plates were very small.

Breakfast and rooms/bathroom really appreciate the clean rooms and delicious breakfast 😋
