Great location in Palmanova. Walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. Good supermarket next door.

Great location. Only one toast machine at breakfast so caused a bit of a queue. Breakfast was basic but nice enough and staff are really lovely.
The shower in our room got the bathroom very wet and the sliding door was heavy and awkward. The bathroom was for disabled which I’m not and I found the door awkward.

The room was good with a view of the pool and sea. The bed was just about OK and affected our backs. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. Would return 100%. Location was great.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the fire alarm tripped several times during our visit.

Close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was also ok, there was enough variety.
The bathroom floor wasn’t clean when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned properly during our stay. Especially the hand basin soap was left all over the floor. Also noticed cobwebs in corners near the elevator. Our room had a shower curtain, which I don’t like. But could see it was necessary for the disabled shower. The pool was very cold at this time of year, the ocean was warmer for swimming. The coffee was terrible.
