The food was excellent, catering service and room service was very good as well

the only issue - the elevators in the hotel do not match 4 star rating - very slow, not spacious, complete lack of ventilation, doors close very quickly, so can be an issue for elderly or handicapped people. Not enough for 9 storey building.. Definitely a point of further refurbishment.

I ended up at this place through error so let's just say it wasn't my first choice. But it wasn't so bad. The breakfast was good, the room clean and modern and wasn't far to beach and nice restaurants.

This type of vibe of hotel wasn't really for me. A solo aussie remote working in a pool of English, German holiday makers topping up beverages and filling their plates in buffet style meals. The pool was crowded and you had to buy a towel down the street! No pool towels issues ? Wtf. I was given a wrist band like a club. Half the umbrellas broken. A rope around the pool from 6pm till 10am pool is closed! No proper food service at the bar because the buffet is the food options. The staff were fairly light on. Oh and the safety security box was 10eu a day extra!! Wtf again! So bizarre. I live in hotels full time and this is not normal or appreciated. It should be a right to secure your property in your room.

Lean & good location

Air conditioning wasn’t working reported twice before able to move room. Thought it was a one off but then overheard others complaining too.
