great location , my room has two sided river view , cafe zee had best buffet dinner and breakfast , enjoyed sea food thoroughly, great place for tourists , even pleasantly surprised to know availability of Halal food in dinner

the location is superb, staff at reception was helpful, Wi-Fi speed is ok

Welcome fruit came on the 2nd day of stay, without knife. no cutlery in room, makes me wonder how am I suppose to cut the mango,plum and orange. No men’s shaving kit. Toilet space is small. Bedside light cannot be turned on. the slippers were hideous. Doors of the shower leak water like crazy, flooding the toilet. The basics were poorly done, and no modern gadgets like auto curtains and such.. Definitely doesn’t worth the premium price they charge.

The good things were the Breakfast and the speed in Check-in and Check-out.

The Hotel is very old. the Room awful. Small and not worth the money. Also smelly.

I’ve booked a 60 mins Chi massage and felt so good afterwards. One of best massages I had in China.

Love the location right in the heart of the nightlife in Chengdu. Excellent for restaurants and bars . As well as great walks along the river

All staffs are very helpful and friendly. We feel very homely while staying there. The breakfast is excellent. Tyler at Concierge is superb....always at your service whenever you need. I give 10 marks to Tyler and sure will look for him on my next return.

No socket at bedhead so it's inconvenient to charge your phone at night. Some staffs can't speak English and difficult to communicate but majority is ok.
