From the minute we checked in every member of staff we encountered couldn’t do enough for us! The checking in staff were so helpful and the staff in the restaurant, Laura was our server, nothing was too much trouble even when my son asked for a second dinner! So that says it all about the food! This was my second stay here and would always use and recommend it! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Didn't get room paid for via urselves as I booked twin room and booking.com booked an accessible double needed room with wet room
Also had paperwork from booking.vom to say breakfast would be 10.50 and was charged 14.99
Each totally unacceptable
Correct room Right price for breakfast and mot to be told fully booked could not move us and wouldn't agree to breakfast price as advertised
