The location inside the terminal is fabulous for an early morning flight. The accommodation is tiny but well planned and it was very quiet.
It really is quite tiny, but as long as you’re prepared for that all will be well.

I liked the ease of access when my flight was cancelled and i had to stay at the airport overnight. Also very quiet.
I did not like the $10/hour over the 9 am checkout time. But everything else was good.

Location in Gatwick South terminal was brilliant. Room was tiny (as expected) but actually had everything I needed for a short overnight stay before a morning flight.
There was an awful smell in the room, like drains or a sewer. The alarm clock that reception gave me and set to wake me up did not work (luckily I had also set the alarm on my phone or I could've overslept and missed my flight!). Felt a little claustrophobic. Expensive.

Very easy to find after a delayed flight landed at 1am. Welcoming staff at check in and very quick process just show your passport and you’re given your key
Because it’s in the airport people are getting up at different times so a few doors opening and closing early in the morning, but to be expected in an airport

The material on the wall was torn and looked unloved. The edge of the table was coming away - unloved.

Clean and tidy, and very convenient.
I’m writing this review at 1:40am as I cannot sleep because it frankly stinks of cigarettes. if I had known it wasn’t non-smoking I wouldn’t have booked. it’s a complete waste of money and will not use Yotel again.

Perfect size room, comfy bed. Great experience like being on a space ship or a ship without the rocking.

amazing location and so convenient if you have early flight, I woke up at 7:30 and by 8:30 I was in duty free
I didn’t like that it says you pay at property but then the receptionist didn’t let me know he was charging my card because I would have liked to have paid with a different card

The subtitles on the tv were stuck on,I suppose I could have got it sorted but it didn’t impact my stay

Location was perfect and the bed for one night was pretty comfy. I also didn’t expect complimentary water, tea or coffee at reception - that was a nice touch.
I really didn’t like the fact that when all the light switches are off there was still some green ambient lighting in the room. I usually sleep in total darkness, so this did slow down the time it took me to go to sleep.
