Right next to Gatwick Airport. Great breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Beds were super comfortable Very spacious.

We had to switch rooms because the shower was only hot water. Something must have been broken. Staff had to actually check and then go to another room to test the shower. You could hear the people walking above. Next time I’ll book top floor. Doors don’t stay open long for people in wheelchairs.

Camera molto comoda e pulita. Posizione eccellente proprio dentro l’aeroporto . Si trova nel terminal nord ma noi che siamo arrivati nel terminal sud l’abbiamo raggiunta in due minuti con una navetta gratuita.

Very modern, clean, friendly staff, and connected to the North terminal, which was perfect.

No issues with hotel itself, except slightly confusing following the signs for their car park drop off point, and sat nav did not help either.

Bed very firm . We were in one of the disabled rooms which was great but water not very hot but nice bathroom also no socket for hairdryer near a mirror and seat

Noise in the bedroom from road and service area outside at very early hours. Bar area was very bright with uncomfortable chairs - wasn’t a very welcoming space.

The location was unbeatable. Walked out of hotel and into north terminal. No stress and meant I could take my time getting ready.

Location was amazing! Had an early flight so it was perfect. The room was great! Really spacious and better than I thought. Breakfast was good, maybe more egg and yoghurt options!

Breakfast ends at 10, but there were no eggs left at 9.30.

We had to leave hotel fairly early and the hot cooked breakfast wasn't available so it would have been nice for the hot breakfast to start a little earlier

Very disappointed that I had received the wrong information when I phoned days before to check on if I could leave my luggage after checking out of my room. I arrived just before 3am on 19 April having come from another trip. I left the room at 11am thinking I could leave my luggage downstairs till around 4pm when I returned from my medical appointment which was the entire reason for staying overnight. I was then informed that I had to either take the luggage to the “left luggage “ in the airport or pay another 40 GBP to keep the room till 5pm. Being on 2 crutches, I opted to pay the hotel. The staff at the desk took my luggage back upstairs for me, for which I was very grateful because it took me a while to bring it down. Please leave a sign where people can see that luggage cannot be left and please let all staff know this. Thank you.

The location was a God-send. Having missed my flight, I was too exhausted to return home and just having dropped in for coffee, I was able to book a room for the night prior to my rescheduled trip. The staff on the front desk and in the bar were terrific.

The lack of natural air in the rooms. But otherwise, the room was quiet and very well appointed.

Noise from vents and air conditioning made it near impossible to sleep. Food (Nachos) incredibly poor quality.
