Very comfortable bed, nice foyer

Bathroom was not great. Black all around seals of shower and it leaked.

Great location close to the airport - 10min walk. Clean, friendly and comfortable.

Terrible food - like something you’d find at a motorway service station - cold rubbery chips and warm white wine. Serving Staff real friendly, but a bit inefficient.

Convenient, comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms, nice atmosphere, good breakfast. 19 min walk to south terminal.

It was not very expensive. The beds were moderately comfortable.

Location - terrible. This is a long walk (10-15 minutes) from the Terminal. There are closer hotels. Staff - we engaged with 3 staff. The first was abrupt .. not rude, but certainly noticably unfriendly .. was it our nationality (Australian) or was it something we said ? The second was clueless and not helpful - this fellow was a disaster .. telling us we could not eat at the restaurant because it was full and people were waiting (though there were around 5 free tables clearly visible). The third was excellent, helpful, and pleasant ... seating us at the restaurant (second attempt to get in) and then arranging service for us and following up. The facilities are tired. A light fitting was broken. The hallway carpets were stained and dirty. There are many un-patched chips in walls. The air conditioning did not work properly and was noisy. The iron and ironing board were dirty. The bath is stained. This is a hotel that has many children staying there. So if you are a tired traveller, you will be listening to squealing children in the reception. This is probably a function of the price of the hotel. There is no free bus from the hotel to the terminal. You either have to walk (it is a long, long and uncomfortable walk) or pay 5 pounds per person.
