The comfort, the modernness, the location, the cleanliness and staff.

I liked everything except the shower water which ran hot and stone cold intermittently. We were busy so not sure if it was something that could have been fixed easily - we didn't report it.

We have a lovely stay. We could not fault the apartment.

The location is incredible! It is in such a great part of town (plenty of museums, shopping, and restaurants nearby), but really quiet on the street. This is a great location if you want to be be primarily walking to get around, although there is also really easy access to the metro. The bed is really comfortable, so it's a great spot to recover after exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt the kitchen could have used a few more tools. There also was not sufficient shower gel and toilet paper for the entirety of our stay.

it looks way better on the pictures then in real life. it’s outdated, low quality and not a nice place to stay. I really don’t understand why it gets a 9+ review.

The place was ok and had beds for each of us. Overall I was underwhelmed. The property is probably suited for a larger group up for taking the metro everywhere and not so much walking to places.

I wasn't keen on the location, but that was me not knowing the city. I would have been closer to Gothic Quarter. Lots of little things I didn't like. I didn't like how the property was hounding me to pay well in advance even though the booking said I could cancel 3 days before. I didn't like how when you did pay they charged you an extra 2.99% fee when you paid in dollars which was the default....read the fine print and pay in Euros. Things like, we were there for 5 nights and 3 adults and upon entering there was one coffee pod and one laundry pod, and some tea bags that looked like they were left from previous person...probably the same for the one coffee pod. So needed to go to the store right away which the only big store was quite a long walk away (closer to where we should have stayed). No real natural light unless you opened the bedroom door. The shower was a pod that was not very great. It just wasn't as high end as I was expecting.

Very central location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping areas. The communication was fantastic and I really appreciated the luggage storage amenity since we had a late flight. I was very pleased with this place and would love to stay here again!

The only con I’d say is that I thought I booked a place with two full bathrooms but upon check-in realized that it was really 1.5 baths but it worked out for us since we were a family. However, with four people showering back to back the hot water didn’t keep up that well.

Had everything we needed for our stay & good location. Clear instructions about property entry. Able to leave cases in secure lockers after check out & had access to toilet before our return journey to the airport. Whilst we didn’t meet any staff face to face, they responded very quickly to online messages.

Nothing really - only issue we reported was a cracked shower tray but the shower was still useable.

Location was excellent and the apartment was so spacious and clean and was equipped with everything dishwasher washing machine etc

You could hear people in the other apartments otherwise everything was excellent and I would still stay here again

spacious and clean. Met promptly with the keys and the flat was ready on time. we were within 20 minutes walk of all of our top rated sites with plenty of markets etc near by for food.

I didn't find oven gloves so maybe add them to apartment. And sometimes shower made us troubles with hot and cold water randomly switching. A hook for towels in bathroom could be useful to. Overall, great apartment and location.

Property was in a great location, a short walk to a number of visitor sights, shopping, and restaurants. A comfortable apartment for a family of four for a city break. Staff were on site to ensure we could access the property on arrival.
