Sehr schönes Hotel, extrem leckeres Essen in allen Dinner-Restaurants, wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer, tolle Ausstattung in den Zimmern.

Schlechte Koordination mit Dinner-Reservierungen. Sehr schlechter Service vor der Anreise, auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert und es wurden uns nur Upgrade Optionen geschickt anstatt auf unsere Fragen einzugehen. Frühstück-Buffets waren nicht so lecker.

This is an amazing property! It is class from head to toe. I did love that It was a cashless property, but the iPad controlling the lights and the blinds in the room was very gimmicky. The blinds would close without anybody touching the iPad, which was really weird. I loved the Japanese toilets. The staff was top-notch, super kind, super thoughtful and spoke excellent English.

We didn’t like paying $28 USD for a coffee, $40 USD for a very small, two piece of watermelon and two pieces of cheese salad, a beer is $30USD. The prices for food and drink made me never wanna go back. You’re trapped there you can’t go anywhere else to go get some cheap beer or cheap food and that’s how they get you. A bottle of champagne in Canada (Moet) is $90 - $150 CAD, and never more than $300 at a restaurant. But here they wanted $370 USD… not CAD, USD. That’s about $500 CAD. Sorry the food and drink prices literally ruined my experience.

We enjoyed the rooftop pool, all inclusive package and our corner suite. However we were highly pressured to attend a sales pitch everyday until we finally did. The food was nothing special and if you don’t have the package you will pay an erroneous amount of money ($26.00 a water). Lastly they had a wedding reception there right below our balcony on a Monday night until 11pm. Not a weekend and the music was blaring my room was shaking my husband and I couldn’t even talk it was so loud. The front desk didn’t care but for $900 a night your guests should be your first priority. I would never go back. I didn’t appreciate their lack of concern or respect for us.
