the location of the property is perfect, just next to Yumbo center and short walking distance to playa del ingles. the room was spacious and the shower room was amazing. the staff is super friendly and helpful. i would definitely book it for my next trip.

at the breakfast, a name tag for the displayed breakfast items is appreciated.

it seems to be one of the few hotels that has some style to it. the rooms are specious with a nice color scheme.

Beautiful , tranquil hotel, right next to the bustling Yumbo centre, but you would never know. Amazing staff and food.

Second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time.

Only criticism would be that they did not have soya milk available at breakfast when i asked for it on first day but they did apologise make it available for the following day so rectified.

This short trip for me coincided (as I discovered) with the rescheduled Carnival Week - delayed due to the pandemic. normally that would be great. I however came assuming it would be the typically VERY quiet & restful month of June… in reality that couldn’t have been further from the truth… party party party with horrendous noise from the complex Nextdoor and the Yumbo too. Not the hotels ‘problem’ of course. I was pleased to move to a quieter location for the last two weeks where I could pace myself and get some rest to aid my recovery. The Nayra hotel having stayed there many times is still one of my favourites in PDI. Great for a solo traveller… gay or straight. for two people I still feel it’s a big snug! The accommodation is cleaned daily although the arrival of the maid always either seems to coincide with when you get back from a 3 hour walk - all hot & bothered! the breakfast arrangement is great - catering to those who like hit food or salad, or pastries and gets refreshed from 8 until 11. I have no doubt I will hopefully return again - health permitting (& BA of course!!!)

So close to a very lively centrum, but in Hotel Nayra it was quiet. Adults only was super. No kids. Really it was very very good. Breakfast was sublime. Staff was very friendly and helped in every which way they could.

Would have liked bar snacks. The plumbing was not good The pipes under the sink came apart so water spilled over the floor. This was however very promptly fixed
