If you are arriving late in the evening with the intention of getting a good night's sleep after your travels, don't bother. It was 36 degrees the day we arrived and the air-conditioning was off. It was like a sauna in the apartment and took 2 hours to cool down. My son had to sleep on the sofa as it was far too hot in his room. When I questioned this I was told they couldn't possibly keep it on as they didn't know when we'd be arriving. I wonder what they do in the winter. Also, charged £70 for cleaning (before we arrived) which is not mentioned in the details. It's fine to charge for cleaning but be upfront about it. They do not have car parking, you have to use a public car park 12 minutes' walk away and no discounts. I filtered for accommodation with parking and this property appeared, I think you should remove this from your details as it's misleading. We've stayed in lots of properties in Italy and this is the first time this has happened to us. Really disappointed.

Very large apartment with lots of space and beautiful bathrooms.

Great apartment, with all the facilities we required: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, balcony, kitchen/diner and big fridge freezer. Entrance by code and phone app to open apartment door. Very helpful host. Perfect for our stay!

Single bed was a bit hard and creaky. Our guest liked a hard bed so it was fine. Aircon wasn't working for first two days, needed to be repaired. All done a promptly as possible while we were out :) Thank you! We had a third guest arriving later in the week. It would have been nice to have had all their bedding, towels, water coffee etc supplied on our first day of arrival, rather than a separate day.

Close to the center of the city.Good neighborhood.Big apartment with very good layout -the 2 bedrooms are far way from one another, offering complete privacy.

The building doesn't have elevator,but - this is Italy :)

Location was great. Apartment felt very safe. Lots of amenities close by. Daria was very helpful at check in.

The kitchen was not well outfitted- we are home cooks and there were no good knives, only a few pots/pans and no salt, pepper etc. We went to a local store and bought a few sharp knives. As well, both shower drains were very very slow and on examination were clogged with a lot of hair.

The directions to the property and information on how to get in the building and unlock the door to the apartment was very clear and nicely illustrated with photos!

We couldn't figure out how to use the heater and the apt was slightly cold esp in the evenings. But probably we could have gotten help from the host if we had asked.
