The only problem we had was finding the apartment and understanding how to access the reception area. A more precise description and/or a map with some basic street view photos would have helped us tremendously. We arrived after dark and it was raining. A pharmacy was visible from the street with the address of 15 Stradomska. We didn't know we had to go through the arched walkway past the pinball museum to access the elevator (which required a special code we didn't have).
After we finally reached the reception desk, the remainder of our stay was delightful.

Good location in the walking distance to the old town area. Nice cafe place in the same building.
No message from the property on the check-in process. Had to call to figure out how to check in and find the place. Parking is available only for small cars, otherwise, you have to look for a spot and pay for parking every day.

Absolutely stunning flat. Stylish, new, clean, spacious, and fun. Lots of huge windows let so much light and air in that you feel like you are outside. Very quiet at that. Very comfortable bed. A superb bathroom on the second floor. Great furniture, great TV. The floor is a joy to walk on. Great view. Would love to come back!
It's not really posible to take shower in the bathtub in the en-suite. The sound-proofing between the two rooms is not the best due to the glass wall and a sliding door. There is too much light in the bedroom to my liking, even with the blinds down, because of that same glass wall. There was scale in the kettle, we took care of it on our own. No microwave.

The apartment is very modern and beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. Communication with the owners was easy and location is excellent. Just a short walk to town hall square and jewish quarter. Also, we really enjoyed the sauna in the apartment. Would definitey visit again!

Very attentive staff - had some difficulties with WIFI but always on hand to help and support. Very cosy and comfortable apartment and excellent location for us. Will defo stay again.
