Fantastic breakfast - lots of choice & good quality
Parking advice - we had a rental car & asked at reception for best place to park & we took up their recommendation but it was very expensive & we discovered the underground (inter parking) car park which was just round the corner & in fact nearer was 1/2 the price!!! So advice if have hire car do your own research on parking !

Great hotel and very good value for money. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions and areas in Kraków, especially if you enjoy exploring a city on foot.
The staff were super nice and helpful, and I really appreciated the soundproofing in the room.

Excellent location, staff very professional and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Quiet but within walking distance of everything you needed.
Our room was on the 5th floor with a sloping ceiling and we did bump our heads a few times. The shower flooded the bathroom on the first day but it was fixed as soon as we informed the hotel.
