Very good location, just a few minutes from the main square. The staff were friendly and seemed to want to help. Breakfast had plenty of choice and and was enjoyable.
The only negatives were a lack of hangers in the wardrobe and the iron and ironing board were not very good for the standard of hotel. Other than that there were no issues at all

Excellent location, next to Planty park and straight you enter Old town. Was super convienient for us, as a family with two little children :)
Breakfast was amazing, many options, you could also ask for omelette and on the spot was a waffle maker which was pretty cool for kids.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We also got two Wawel dragon toys for our kids, they were so happy :)
Everything was great

The location. Beds were comfortable.
Was not value for money. The breakfast was very basic. The breakfast room was not what I expected - very cafeteria like. All staff were cold and not warm and welcoming. Room needed an update. I’ve stayed at better Radisson Blu hotels.
