Hotel Wentzl

Gregory and the entire staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the location is impossible to match.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wentzl and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Gregory was absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. From the moment we arrived, he gave us a map with recommendations around the city and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area. The room was lovely - beautifully renovated, comfortable, pleasant, and very clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything we needed to start the day. The location is fantastic and made it very easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Any issue or question we had was handled quickly and with genuine care by Gregory, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. We’d also like to give a special mention to Kacper, who was equally kind and helpful and contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. We really appreciated the tasty and generous lunch boxes that we were given for the journey back when we checked out at midnight. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel!

Fantastic location ,overlooking main square. Large comfortable room with large double.very well fitted bathroom . Polite and helpful staff.

The Hotel, once impressive, is run down and disappointing. Obviously in need of urgent redecorating and updating. We had to change our bedroom arriving late afternoon, because toilet was faulty and not checked before our arrival. Breakfasts consist of food from a day or two before, definitely not fresh and not appetising. Verging on health hazard: tepid sausages/potato cakes/mushrooms were served from broken heating machine which wasn’t repaired for 3 days after our initial day one complaint. Serving staff nice but helpless, their managers not particularly interested.
