The apartment was in a great location, central to lots of the great sights, great food and bars. Miguel was really helpful with directions and accommodating to a slightly late departure, and also had a wealth of local knowledge on places to go and things to do. We had a great experience!

There is no lift and it’s up right on the top floor, this is typical of buildings in the area and not a negative so much as just something to bear in mind.

A nice place just in the very city center of Lisbon. An apartment on the top floor of the house equipped with all you need and offering plenty of space for four persons. Miguel is a wonderful host providing in detail all necessary information, always flexible and prepared to support when needed. We had a great time. Many thanks!!!

Miguel is an exceptionally good host, making sure that we got the best out of our visit. Great welcome, with a few treats on our arrival. "My home is your home"...and it certainly felt like it. We had a small issue when an iron tripped the fuses but Miguel resolved it very quickly. The location is fantastic.

Not much of a dislike. There isn't a lift and the apartment is 5 floors up, which we were made aware of before our stay. The location more than makes up for this though.

The flat is in the downtown so you don't have to take a taxi or a bus. It is about 300m from The SE Lisboa church and the famous 28 yellow tram passes next street :) on the other side there is Rua de Augusta. You have everything- a washing mashine, well-equipped kitchen, tv set, a seif, bed linen, towels, soap and much more. You don't have to buy salt or coffee. Everything is here. Maps and guidebook. And if you have Netflix accout you can watch it on the tv. There are some supermarkets near here. The only disadventage is the fact that it is the 5th floor. But we didn't care. It was ok. We knew that before booking. But you have to keep on mind that it is not a proper place for people with walking disability. Miguel is very kind and helpful. He gave us some tips about the neighbourhood. Generally speaking it was brilliant. Thanks Miguel

Location is the best,close to everywhere. In the heart of the city. House is clean and comfort for 4 people. Miguel is incredible friendly and he explains the city, location etc. He helps always via whatsapp too. With the new aircondition, the house will be cooler in the summer season. Due to the windy weather,when you open the windows, it is always cool and fresh😁

Stairs only. It was hard to climb with the luggages but Miguel helped us for these also.

The ONLY thing is that there is no elevator. It is clearly stated and yet it would have been perfect place to stay if elevator was in place

the location is great, the appartement is quaint, comfortable, clean. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. He’s always available, and the appartement has all you need and more. there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash (we asked for a bar of soap instead and he brought it immediately), body lotion, toothpaste; in the kitchen there was coffee, rice, pasta, tuna spread and crackers, cookies, spices, all the necessary cookware. he even left us some ginginha and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! I’ve never seen an appartement rental so well equipped and such a devoted owner. we were going to Porto after Lisbon and he even took the time to send us restaurant suggestion and places to visit in Porto!

the only thing is that it’s on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. it didn’t matter to us but it might be difficult for some people to get up there.

The apartment had everything we needed. Cooking oil, pans, fridge, kettle, towels, hair dryer and much more. It’s in a great location too!

We didn’t like that it was on the 5th floor in a building with no elevator which made our bags difficult.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of most popular attractions. Well equipped apartment. Very quiet. Host really attentive and helpful.

10 flights of stairs to lug baggage up, but host helped to take bags up. You need to be pretty fit and healthy to climb the stairs.

Weren't told about the stairs to 5th floor which would have been a deciding factor for us. No central heating which was needed in January, just radiators. Could use speakers or a modern TV for extra amenities.

Great apartment at great location. My friend and I spent one week and just enjoyed it. It has an atmospheric living room and two separate dormitories. Clean and well equipped. It is on the last floor with nice views to Lisbon roofs, especially in the evenings. Thanks Miguel for the great time in Lisbon!

Location is prefect. The apartment has everything you needed, particularly the washing machine, kitchen utilities and bathroom towels. The apartment is very artistic and well design. You feel comfortable there. The owner also provide tour book for you to read. The tour guide is excellent and with photo.

need to walk up 5 floors to the apartment. For the young people is ok but not for my age.

Spacious and clean appartment. Very good location with lots of shops, restaurants and near the bay and big square. We had a very nice time here!! Miquel is a good host!
