Tolle Lage, toller Service, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sind sehr sauber

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel ist der Hammer! Alles super schön, sauber und die Zimmer der Hammer... Spa hab ich leider nicht mehr benutzt aber werd ich nochmal!

Position of the Hotel was good. Quiet but central. Wellness was really good, thank you for that again. Minibar (All inclusive). Bathroom was great.

On arrival in our room we found out quite quickly that the TV was not functional, the cupboard draw for the coffee, and tea was broken and hanging off its hinges. Both problems were reported to the reception within the first hour of our arrival. These two problems were not dealt with for the whole three days we were there, so no TV, coffee, and tea we left, it was not worth disturbing the broken draw. Later we noticed that a bathroom light was also defect. This we first reported at checkout. Top marks for the minibar. All was free of charge and we could eat and drink from it to our hearts content. If it ran out we just had to report to the reception, and they would fill it up again as much as needed. We had booked a table at the restaurant “Bombay Brassiere” for 19:30. Unfortunately we soon found out that a lot of the menu was not available, including some wines, big disappointment, The menu, also breakfast, was quite scarce. The overnight parking seems to be a bit expensive, 45 Euros per night. Then of course the staff. They tried their best to keep the customers happy. It seems that they are not really coordinated. To put it in a nutshell, willing but un-coordinated. The reception. Again, nice and pleasant but as I kept reporting the defects of the room, even at check out, nothing was written down or noted, just a pleasant smile and lots of apologies. no offer of some sort of offer for the defect TV. For a supposably 5 Star Hotel I personally think that it has not quite reached this standard, I would place it in the to 4,0 Star at the moment, but ok, that is just my opinion. The very last thing was the Wellness. Top marks! The ladies at the wellness department did a great job. Me and my wife both had a massage, was one of the best we have ever had, so hat off to that. Only one complaint on that front. Please make your changing room larger, it was practically impossible for two people to change in that tiny room.

The hospitality was genuinely warm, and the location is excellent. The gym is well equipped, and the sauna and relaxation area are really nice.

For me, the price doesn't match what you get. Even though the hotel recently reopened after renovation, the rooms still feel odd and basic. I expected more from a hotel of this category. Overall, there's a lack in the details: on my second stay, I found hair on the bathroom floor and holes in the towels. The shower gel contained only water, and I had to ask for it to be replaced – the hand soap was watered down too. We were on the 2nd floor facing the street – not a great view and noticeable noise. The spa area is also oddly located; you have to walk through most of the hotel to reach it.
