Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria - Sheffield by IHG

Completely faultless. Stunning hotel, amazing staff. Hotel was spotless throughout. Will definitely return

Nothing at all

Big room, spotlessly clean, generous with bathroom products, lovely breakfast and friendly efficient staff.

Great one night stop over location. Lovely restaurant and friendly staff.

Impressive building in a good position. Very friendly staff, easy to find good parking with disabled parking spot, easy and efficient check in, large spacious room with good views, clean and well appointed

Noisy air-conditioning unit so unable to operate during the night which led to a stuffy room Lots of loud guests returning to their rooms in a steady stream, late at night probably exasperated by our room position close to the lift in the middle of the hotel. Extremely hard uncomfortable mattress which resulted in a very poor night luckily I had taken a separate duvet to act as a mattress topper for my disabled wife so she managed to get a reasonable nights sleep partly due to her pain killing medication and the above precautions. Little to no sleep🙁
