The location was easy to access and we appreciated the availability of onsite parking. Our room had a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings to enjoy the view. The best part was the family that owns and operates the hotel. They were so welcoming and helpful with everything, including recommendations for restaurants. One evening, they made a reservation at a restaurant and arranged for a car to shuttle us back and forth up the hill which we appreciated as the weather was windy and rainy that day.

It is not soundproof, so some nights we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Not a major issue but something to be aware of for light sleepers.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The staff were so helpful and lovely. We loved the included breakie outside with lovely views. It was close to everything and a great location

The only thing I could say is parking was pretty tricky and small, however they got our car in and out so it wasn’t a problem.

The location was good, we had a good view from the terrace. We liked that there was a small washing machine in the appartment.

It didn't seem that clean. The breakfast wasn't great.

This property is gorgeous and quintessential Positano. We loved staying in the annex with a roof top balcony. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Positano is very expensive in general however this hotel is reasonably priced.

Amazing hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the deck and breakfast were great, and the terrace on the apartment was so big.

Staff was friendly. Stunning view from room. Clean and comfortable. Is close to some restaurants and shopping but a bit of a walk to the center.

The bed looked old and worn out especially the bed spread/comforter. The “pool” on the upper terrace should be converted into a hot tub, it’s too small to swim in. And the price did not reflect the quality of the accommodation.

staffs were excellent. we love love love the breakfast attendant — his coffee was always very good and he was always very happy to serve us coffee. we arrived very late at night and the night front desk kindly greeted us and helped us with all our luggages. the day front desk also helped us with calling a few restaurants & motorcycle shop for us. nice & clean hotel in positano with reasonable price and wonderful service. we enjoyed the expansive balcony & its view — we had very nice nights chatting & drinking wine with the family.

everything was perfect.

the apartment was nice, clean and had great views. location was minutes away to restaurants and not too far from the centre. The breakfasts offered by the hotel on the terrace with views of positano and sea were amazing. Special thank you to graziana, francesco, genaro, and the family and team at florida residence. A great family ran hotel, this was my second visit and won’t be my last!! A great place with lovely staff. Beautiful location and each room had a private balcony with amazing views. So friendly and lovely!
