Dobra lokalizacja. Spokojne miejsce. Apartament w należytym porządku.
Brak jakiegokolwiek gniazdka prądu w toalecie. Nie można było skorzystać z golarki czy suszarki. Koniecznie trzeba to poprawić. Zmywarka do naczyń nie myła tylko jeszcze bardziej brudziła naczynia. Youtube w TV nie wczytuje się

The only nice thing is the view.
A very poor decision to stay in Buena Vista accommodations! Everything seems destined to cause you potential problems, as I experienced with the doors (the key broke with the first use). In addition, the bedding was dirty (pictures attached), towels had a terrible odor (smelled bad), the toilet bowl was loose (prone to cracking with normal use, and users would, of course, have to pay for the damage even though they didn't receive normal service). Balcony doors are loose (strong winds could lead to glass breakage and significant damage, which would never be justified as not caused by the user).
The entrance doors of the building are only a matter of time before someone breaks them because the cabinet behind the entrance doors doesn't close but remains frequently open, hitting the door at a sharp angle when entering the building. The cabinet doors have undoubtedly been noticed by the accommodation provider, but instead of solving it, they tape the doors with sticky tape and post a notice to close them. It's more than amusing that those entering the building should know whether the doors are closed or not (why fix the cabinet doors when it's possible to charge users for the damage someone will inevitably cause).
Literally everything you look at is predetermined to be destroyed by the slightest user oversight, and I can only rate this accommodation negatively and classify them as scammers!

Property was in a great location, close walk to everything. it was clean and the host helped us with transfers and boat hires etc. would definitely stay again!

Nice side view to the sea, a lot of space in the apartment, all basic facilities were available (dishwasher, microvawe, fridge, washing machine, air conditioning). Some of the staff really helpful. Excellent, extremely helpful driver that transferred us back to airport. Localisation quite good, with easy access to the bus stops and supermarkets.
The whole apartment needs urgent renovation, as the standard was lower than seen on pictures (ceilings, walls looked like damaged, windows were not completely closing, shower had a lot of traces of stain and mold). Also be careful with Sliema traffic, as it's sometimes extreme (we tried 5 buses to Valetta with no success, all of them were full and didn't take passengers, so finally Uber was a solution).

Location, location, location - easy to get to Valletta, on the hop on hop off bus, and a supermarket shopping centre round the corner. Spacious apartment
The furniture is old and outdated and needs refreshing, the floors were dirty and crumbs were still visible from the previous guests. The house rules stated that you had to take your rubbish out or you would be fined 150 Euros, they also advised that if excess electricity was used, there would be an additional charge, however it was not possible to measure the electricity usage. This could be a good apartment if it was given some love by its hosts.

Big terrace with sea view with the sun in the morning coming from the sea, big apartment, easy checkin, the woman was there immediately when we arrived.
The furniture is very basic. They charged us 35e for late checkin (we arrived around 9:30pm).

The location of the property is perfect for holidays.

It's near Tigne Point to eat breakfast and enjoy travellersand tourists, residences with their babies, boats to go cruising, or simply swim in the early mornings or late afternoons in the sea by the boulevard/ bay, arrays of restaus, and whatnot.
Easy transportation(Bolt) anywhere in Malta. Actually, just 15 to 25minutes away from noce places, such as, The Golden Bay, Malta National Aquarium, Hypogeum, Tarxien Temples, the Cathedrals, been to the Market place and other historical places of Malta but still always feeling new in the place everytime I come back.
The perfect place to be when visiting Malta.
Oh, yes. I had to bring my baby to a doctor, and, Dr. dr. Jean Pierre Farrugia(whosengrandmotjer is French) (gp - family doctor) malta, took so much medical care of my daughter. He can be found at the Pharmacy locater at 70 Merchants Street in Valetta.
Nothing I can complain of that I don't see in other countries.

Spacious apartment with great facilities; kitchen, outdoor laundry. Lovely morning sunrise view from balcony. Was great to watch the ships sail by. Close to beaches, food outlets & major shopping centre. Buses a short walk away. Very handy location.

The location is very good. Groceries are close, the sea is at apx. 5 min. There are many beaches(most of them are not sand beaches, but a little wild, but very enjoyable). Restaurants, taxi, bus stops are nearby.

The location was amazing and very close to all restarants and shops. The view was great and the aircon worked well.
The key for the front entrance gate did not work, the lock needs to be changed. That was very problematic.

The apartment was superiorly located, well maintained and kept. It was bright and comfortable and had all the amenities one could require. Best of all, the service from the management office team was exceptional. They went over and above to make us feel at home and take care of all our needs. I miss the place already! I couldn't have asked for a better start to my vacation. Special thanks for Pierre and Paula. Very professional team.
It would be great to have a few other mirrors in the apartment other than in the bathroom - it was difficult to dry hair as there was no plug in bathroom.

The apartment had everything we needed, very comfortable and modern. It was well located for shops, Valetta ferry,seafront bars etc. A real benefit was the Buena Vista offices below, which meant a very quick response to a couple of small issues
It was very noisy on the road on Friday and Saturday nights, with people coming out of a nearby bar.
