This rental is one of the best ever. Comfortable and close to everything.

A group of 6 adults stayed 4 days Oct 2022 for some casino hopping and Clay Walker concert. This home is centrally located to everything and had plenty of room and was very clean.....toiletry items, beds very comfy, snacks and breakfast for one morning. Met all of our needs/wants. Lots of games inside and outside. Perfect vacation home! Thank you Penny! We will be back!

The location was convenient (short drive to casinos) and very clean. Very helpful notes throughout the house were appreciated. Snacks were a welcomed surprise. Pet friendly was the best part.

Penny is just an absolutely perfect Host. Home is beautifully decorated. We were able to cook our dinners we brought, even making good use of the mini oven. Our evening routine’s stayed the same as home. She provides almost every shower, cooking, washing, coffee, snacks, and other amenities one could think of. Definitely a great pet owner. House has great outside lighting, pet space, and an alarm system that we didn’t use, because we didn’t feel like we should of had any reasons to activate it, but excellent to have for one’s own peace of mind. Will definitely use this house again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, the breakfast items and ice cream was a great touch. Everything, including places we needed to be, was super accessible!

Our whole experience with this rental and the owner was unbelievable. It was amazing how organized that she was with the detailed information on everything that we needed to know and the accommodations were extraordinary!!!!! This home had everything covered from snacks to pet goodie bags wonderful choice of breakfast, anything else you could possibly have forgot to a bring. A fenced in yard for animals ,very close to all dining facilities in local area of Lake Charles.The home was spotless clean actually beautiful inside we had a great stay ,restful two nights of much needed sleep prior to our drive back to Alabama. We look forward to our next visit at this home, thank you Penny for all your help.You take great pride in your home it shows.

We were very impressed and felt at home during our visit. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully furnished with the essentials and the living space was very open and comfortable. I'm pretty sure we'll be staying here again!

This spacious house is decorated beautifully! Our queen bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen (the whole place, actually) was equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was an assortment of great snacks and a variety of things for breakfast. The owners have gone above board thinking of very small details. The location is right in the middle of town, near a couple of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely stay here when we visit our hometown again.

Lake Charles really got hit from hurricanes this year so the neighborhood is still recovering but the location is near the casinos and we ate at great restaurants nearby. Inside, the property has been renovated, tastily decorated and Penny added Christmas decorations and a tree. We were a party of 10 and we felt very comfortable since it was very spacious. Penny also went above board by providing breakfast items, snacks and even doggy treats for our pet. We had a lovely time.

This was centrally located place. Penny truly thinks of everything to make your stay welcoming. We enjoyed the details of things. Very spacious, our kids enjoyed watching tv when not playing baseball. Some of the restaurants she recommended were amazing. She puts things in place and is very organized. I regularly travel around the glob due to my line of work. This is by far the best staying ever! Mrs. Penny house was cozy, super clean, highly organized and everything in order! The area is nice, the yard is super nice, everything around you if you ever needed anything. I highly recommend this house to anyone like the comfy and convenient. If you’re looking around to rent a place then look no further, this is the best place for you and your family. Definitely going back!

We had an old friends weekend and attended a concert at the casino. The house was immaculate and the owners thought of all the details and special touches. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Also, lots of safe parking. My husband recommends the coconut cream shake from the nutrition store right next door. We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.
