Araújo superou as expectativas no seu atendimento. Foi extremamente solícito, sempre que precisei do seu apoio. Inclusive, estava no prédio quando tive um problema, e ele foi até lá pessoalmente para resolver. Tanto check in quanto check out muito tranquilo. Garagem com espaço de sobra, ótima estrutura do prédio, inclusive com um mini mercado com auto atendimento com coisas básicas, que foi muito útil nos dois dias que ficamos hospedados. Apto amplo, tamanho excelente, chuveiro muito bom. Localização muito favorável, próximo a comércio, bares e restaurantes. Com certeza pretendo voltar.

Fica longe de estações do metrô e da principal avenida do bairro que é a avenida Paulista.

Apartamento em péssimas condições. A geladeira não funcionava, a placa de indução do fogão também não funcionava (dava erro ao ligar). Utensílios de cozinha velhos e insuficientes; não tinha papel higiênico e nem suporte para colocar o rolo de pape; a tampa do vaso sanitário estava instável e parecia incompatível com a marca/modelo do vaso; não tinha sequer uma mesa pequena para tomar café da manhã, colocar duas taças e petiscos ou um notebook. O móvel que servia de apoio para a TV era velho e estava descascado. O anfitrião enviou uma mensagem propondo um upgrade, mas isso quando eu estava em trânsito, dirigindo na estrada e sem condições de avaliar a proposta. Ele sabia, de antemão, com certeza, que o apartamento estava em condições bem precárias. Agiu de má fé. Sou cliente do booking há muito tempo. Nunca tive esse tipo de problema. Sempre fiz boas avaliações, mas dessa vez, não foi possível. O proprietário precisa ser advertido

The host was so kind to help us with the check-in! He was easy to contact. The building is relatively new, beautiful and modern. The pool is nice, the sauna and the gym as well. The neighbourhood is safe and high-end, right in the city center. The apartment was clean, and modern.

Amazing apartment block; safe; nice location; very modern; very responsive and helpful owner - I had some issues (see negative comments below) and he immediately found a satisfactory for me solution.

Beautiful apartment but at a closer inspection I noticed that the bed was slept in as it was covered in small hairs and had stains on the sheets and blanket; in addition the mattress smelled of urine. I contacted the owner and he insisted the room was cleaned before but at the same time offered an immediate solution and offered me another apartment in the same building that was so much nicer. He was very helpful.
