Everything was great. Loved the location, it's staff and the hotel facilities, all great.
Nothing in particular. I guess if I have to say something it could be the swimming pool. As it's really hot all throughout the day, the hotel can work on making the swimming area more comfortable with better shades and trees etc. around the pool to make the environment more appealing and bearable.

The room was spacious, new, and comfortable.

I had to keep a big team with 12 rooms to this property, I wasn’t happy with the staffs behaviours in general. I found most of them uncooperative. However, I would give a big shout out to Hari and Hafiz from reception for handling the situation wonderfully and helping the team out.
Reception Gets pretty crowded at times, staffs should be more friendly towards the guest! It is us who pay.
