Nice location and very nice common areas.

This time the check in and check out process took (not lying) more than 30 minutes of waiting before getting our turn. Two days during our stay the electricity in the whole complex went off, no back up plant, no elevators, were traveling with an elderly person and could not go to the room. Very disappointed this time with the experience, especially when being frequent customers and generally liking the hotel.

everything else. It seems they haven’t made manteninance in about ten years, music starts in the main lobby at 8:00 am so you can’t sleep, and so again in the night. it looks old and dirty. too expensive for what it is.

The promotion of homosexual destinations is a contradiction to the family friendly profile. For this reason alone I will not recommend the hotel to other families and friends

We stayed with children at this hotel several times. Every time we enjoyed it. The food was great, the rooms are clean.

I like the scenery and the easy access to the beach. Line staff were amazing. Management is never around when needed and they are not available at the front desk.

The hygiene of the food needs to improve immediately! I will make sure the health department pays a visit to them. I don't want one more person getting exposed to low standards of food hygiene. Particularly in an expensive hotel!
