We stayed in the attic room and it was lovely decorated. The place is just at the start of the old town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Santillana!

Nothing bad to say truly. Just watch out that there is no elevator in case you need it.

Breakfast was very simple / basic (the worst of our 11 day trip) though was perfectly adequate. The only thing to be wary of is if there is a Fiesta going on it will be literally outside the front door - and the Spanish love to party(!) unfortunately they may not start until late and finish even later which isn't an aid to sleep, so check before you book or be prepared to join the fun!

We stayed back in 2017, since then our room, not sure if all the hotel has been updated, I think it has has had a complete update. Bathroom great size with "double" walk in shower. Superb location for village which has ample good restaurants. Only about 20 miles from Santander. I almost do NOT want to tell people about this gem of a village!

Breakfast was simple, but more than adequate. Catering staff at pains to make us comfortable. Location for the village was good. No evening dining facilities but more than enough restaurants and cafes to wander to without to much effort. Would happily stay here again on a future visit to, or through, the area.

Attractive property, well kept, modern decor and bathroom, large room. Friendly welcome, helpful staff, available when needed, happy atmosphere. Good/prompt communications about the booking. Strong Wifi. Great facilities eg fridge, kettle and several power points. Quiet room as we had requested (in consequence no views). Decent breakfast with lovely bread.

Wifi code limited to 3 machines, had to work that out and ask for another code. Otherwise everything excellent.

Very nice room and bath with good windows. Great breakfast and plenty of seating.

Very friendly staff, clean room, two minutes walking from the pedestrian area of Santillana del Mar, 4 minutes by car to the museum of Altamira, simple breakfast.

An egg at breakfast would have been nice.

We were warmly welcomed. The place has such a charm. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Spotless clean, every item was shining! We were given great suggestions for restaurant too.

We loved everything here. The location was perfect, the room and the bathroom were great, everything was very clean, the breakfast was great value for the money and the home made cake was especially delicious. And the highlight of our stay here were the people - the owners were very kind and gave us some great recommendations and everyone from the staff was super nice. If we come back to Santillana, we would definitely stay here again.
