We particularly enjoyed the room, it was spacious, well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked very well. The open sea view was magnificent! I highly recommend booking a superior room, both for the view and the peace and quiet. The hotel has several swimming pools: two reserved for adults and another with slides for children, which is far enough away to keep the adult areas quiet. There are also plenty of sun loungers, so you can always find a spot. As for the dining, the meals and the buffet were decent.

Since the hotel has a lot of rooms and caters to many families, the three elevators are clearly not enough. During peak hours, you can easily wait 10 minutes or more (even families staying on the 1st or 2nd floor use them with strollers). Being on the 12th floor, the wait quickly became frustrating whenever going up or down. The hotel accommodates a lot of families, which means a lot of noise in the dining hall; if you don't have children, this might not be the ideal hotel for you. One final downside: The bed was not very comfortable, though I don't know if this is the case for all rooms.

A large, mass-market hotel, which has its pros and cons. The beds were comfortable, everything was generally clean, and everything worked smoothly. The rooms were spacious, the cleaning was thorough, and the reception staff were quite helpful. A big plus was the water dispenser in the main lobby. There were two pools, although I didn’t use one of them at all (the mini water park). The food was decent, and if you’re on a half-board plan, you can swap lunch for dinner, which is a big plus. For the price, it was honestly pretty good.

As is often the case with large hotels that cater to families with children, it was noisy. The dining hall was very loud, probably mainly because of the number of guests and the children.

The rooms and pool was nice

The food and rudeness of the male employees at the reception desk. The food was bland and cold. It just wasn’t good. Definitely could’ve saved my money and not done the all inclusive. As for the male employees at the reception desk. They were rude, always cutting you off, not welcoming, if asked a simple question made it as if you were bothering them, and lastly they didn’t look presentable majority of the time. As if they rolled out of bed and put the same uniform they had been wearing the last 3 days. No ironing no care to grooming hair. Very slouchy and unkept
