Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suites – All Inclusive

The pool and swim up bars were very nice and our room was beautiful.

The food could have been better but overall it was pretty good not bad.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were amazing, the facilities, the food, the amenities. I have not one complaint!

Beyond their control….. mosquitoes 🤣 were vicious!

the hospitality was top notch junior was the best he deserves a raise !

the food was a miss and my roof blew open with a water leak it was fixed but still a inconvenience

The entertainment was great

My jacuzzi had mold. I spoke to management and was told that they would change the jet streams. A worker comes and says he’s going to paint it. The manger told me that he would let my butler know about my issue. When I checked out my butler had no idea. The manger never told him. I even asked if I can get a discount on my room because I could even use the jacuzzi. My girlfriend is allergic to mold. It’s not fair I paid for a room that I could not even enjoy all of what it had to offer. I didn’t get compensated or even credit on another stay.
