I like the location is nice and quiet and peaceful the view of the sea the pool is big and clean

They agreed for us to check out late . after they chase us out but they agreed on e mail their treatment was bad

Everything about the place, from our flat to the area to the beach. We took walks on the beach everyday 2mins away. Great value for money. We are definitely going back with our family of 7 soon. Thank you for Netflix 😅

The whole of Margate doesn't have Uber or Bolt. It would've been better if we were informed prior to our trip to help us plan better.

I loved Everything about this Place. The host is a very nice person and the staff 👌. The weather was not so great during our stay, the Sun decided to "come out to play" on our last day, Asked for an extension of 2 hours coz we wanted to enjoy some beach time & was granted with no hustle (I'm really grateful). The place is very equipped, The views are to die for(Sea, Pool, Garden). I'd highly recommend this property. Don't hesitate, Make that booking!

The Parkings are very Narrow, this was my only nightmare. 😬

The property is in a great location.

I mentioned that I would get there after 22:00 since I was driving from Johannesburg. When we got to the gate we could get a hold of the host , his phone was off, we try multiple forms of communication to no avail. We panicked because we could have been robbed considering how late and dark it was. We ended up going to the filling station for safety. We googled the landline and luckily the caretaker answered and asked some security questions then let us in. He was not aware that we were coming. A very unpleasant first day.

Had an awesome time with family, netflix, youtube and wi-fi was a nice touch and the view to the beach is to die for,I definitely recommend La Luce.

Firstly the hosts Jody n Naren i say Wow Par Excellence. From booking to departure they where on par. Sorted evrything immediatly. The tea, coffee,sugar and popcorn was a nice touch provided by the hosts. The place was tops, clean sheets, beddings n towels. Room was immaculate. The view has to be the best in Margate. The pool, braai n garden at the place was excellent, sparkling pool clean braai area n lovely garden. Place is walking distance to beach and all shops. Perfect place to relax and unwind. This is my go to place from now on.

I didnt like to leave the place n go home😂

Didn't like how the 2 room where separated, should have had a dry wall partition for more privacy to main bedroom

We carried our own breakfast stuff but we were pleasantly surprised that it was provided in the already reasonably priced accommodation. Thank you.

Extra towels. We're booked for 4 but only 3 of us were there. There were only 2 towels. Thankfully one friend carried her own towel. The battery for the TV was flat so we could not watch TV. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely place and you favorably situated and I personally believe with a little makeover it will improve the anesthetics, and you will be able to increase your rate. The convenience of walking to the beach, the flat was really comfortable and had everything required for cooking, dining,etc. Games available for great family fun.Jodi was an exceptional host and supported whenever required.

None I can think of

The view was perfect, we spent plenty of time out on the balcony when we were there. The flat was nice and had everything we needed. We didnt cook as we went out for meals, but looked pretty well stocked with everything needed.

Second room a little stuffy and the tap in the one bathroom didnt work. But really no hassle :)

The breakage deposit needs to be declared before booking. The amount stated and the amount asked differs as well. I found the place too cluttered, too many unnecessary items everywhere. Bit dusty and housekeeping needs a bit of attention. Our sinus started. TV stations were unavailable. We only got Netflix. The one bedroom's cupboards were locked with no keys, had to leave my stuff on the floor. Too many keys, need to be marked. Items listed on the site are not in the apartment like there is no washing machine inside rather a laundromat downstairs. Most important- there are no fans or aircon in the kitchen or living areas, only in the bedrooms. Very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Hosts need to amend the items and facilities listed on the site. Perhaps we expect to get what is advertised.

We LOVED everything! Such a well maintained apartment. Really friendly and easy going hosts. Furnishings were so cheerful and beachy. Gave a very relaxed atmosphere. Will be back!!!

Need more lighting at pool and on balcony of apartment. And an air con would have been fantastic.

We had no electricity. If the owner could have made privision it would have been better.
