The Location in Worchester was delightful easy to walk along the River or go into town. Car Parking was easy and access to
the hotel for people with disabilities was easy.
Do note that the Hotel is on different levels so always check best availability should you have a mobility problem.
The standard of food was good with a menu to suit. The pricing of drinks was reasonable for this type of venue
The restaurant service could have been better managed, as we suffered delays in getting food on one particular evening with a larger group given priority. Sadly a reflection on Management. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Had the service matched the Hotel location it would have been excellent.

The hotel is in lovely grounds on the banks of a river. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were in the annex, which had doors opening on the grounds that sided onto the river, it was lovely. Breakfast was enjoyable. A great hotel to spend a weekend in Worcester as the location to the town/cathedral was very convenient. The room was comfortable, bed very comfortable and we both slept very well.
There was an issue with wifi in the annex, which was a bore and although we checked in online, we were still asked for the same information when we arrived.

A beautiful hotel on the banks of a beautiful river.
No internet (so unable to make travel arrangements), restricted TV (because the internet was down), no hot water until departing morning.
