Great view and great breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

The balconies are not private (dividers between adjacent balconies would be nice). Restaurant staff got grumpy when I asked for wine glasses for our room. Access to the beach was limited to 9:00am until 6:00pm, not great if you want to exercise on the beach. The train is the best bet for affordable transportation to Sorrento and other areas.

Beautiful views, Beach below is nice and interesting to get to, Super clean hotel. excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Will go back next time I'm in Vico.

The balcony and the view are unreal. Totally worth it just for this. The lift to the beach was also great. Good AC, but need to ask for this at reception.

The lack of amenities in the room. There's a mini bar with signs forbidding you from placing your own items inside. There are no cups, glasses etc in the room. There was an ashtray filled left on my balcony when I checked in, so unsure about attention to detail when cleaning. And the breakfast was poor. Uncovered fruit which had lots of flies.

Everything was very nice.

Have difficulties with sleeping because of the noice of the terras, next to reception, at the entrance. We had room below the terras, so when people were moving the chairs it wake us. 😕 The food in the restaurant was not wel cooked and they could not bring us something else

The hotel is magical. It is located on top of the hill with breathtaking views over the water with an elevator that takes you from the hotel straight to the private beach. The room was basic but very recently renovated (yes rooms may look old in the picture but they are brand new with not even a scratch on the furniture ). The staff are also very helpful and polite in the hotel and the beach. The front beach reaturant was also amazing. Not to mention. Vick Equense is a beautiful town with breath taking views and amazing restaurants( worth to visit) and the hotel is located in the center giving you plenty of options for food and drinks.

housekeeping didnt provide shampoos and body wash when they cleaned the rooms even though the shampoo little bottel was empty

I understand the extra cost for beach beds, but the hotel should provide towels. Would be great to be able to reach the beach before 9am, for an early start into the day.

Views were breathtaking, access to the beach was a huge plus. It’s well connected and there are 2 good restaurants nearby as well as a great gelateria (Gabriele)

Position is fantastic. View incredible, hotel very nice. Private beach. Not far from train station.

Nothing to complain. Only to know that there is no parking, but it's always possible to find it in the blue zone within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel for 6 euro for 24 hours.

A breath taking view of the sea and Vesuvius from the window + great location (easy walk to the town centre). Typical continental type breakfasts were rather on a modest side, this could have been improved. The private beach is a bonus, but one needs a pair of special aqua shoes to walk over pebbles on the beach. Cleaners were very good. The staff is very friendly.

Literally everything. I can only tell the best and I do not know what to highlight. First of all, do not miss the sea view room. It is unbelievable, the sunset is just in front of you, together with the sea, the Vesuvius and the reef of Vico. The size and the style of the room is great, much better than on the pics. The bathroom is also big and very well equipped. The room was also very clean and tidy. Then I need to highlight the staff. The receptionist, the waiters in the restaurant, the guys on the beach, all of them are kind, helpful, always with an honest smile on their face. Real hospitality. Then the food. We had half board with dinner included and what I can say is that it was totally wort for it. We could shoose from 4 starters and 4 main courses and all of them were very tasty and big portions. We loved it. The breakfast was also very good. The beach is peaceful with clean sunbeds in good condition. Mainly Italians are there which makes it even more authentic. You can reach the beach with an elevator which is quite special. To tell the truth, we did not visit any other places during my 5 days stay because we literally did not want get out of the hotel and the beach :)

Honestly, I can say anything we did not like. Not a tiny thing.
