ROOM WAS LARGE WITH BALCONY AND A BIG BATHROOM, ALL VERY CLEAN, STAFF WELL TRAINED AND HELPFUL , 2 RESTAURANTS , 24H BAR, GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY, CLOSE TO THE BEACH

The overall experience was excellent. The food options were absolutely amazing - every day you had something "standard" for those who like what they know, and something extra and local for those who like to leave their comfort zone. A variety of veggies, meat, fish, soup, something sweet, salads, side dishes, all kinds of beverages, fruit and something sweet for your coffee + an ice-cream! For all-in guests there are also cocktails available, and a private beach near the hotel with non-alco drinks as well. The sea-view room was perfect to observe the sunrise, you only have to count with more noise as it is pointing to the main street with all the discos and bars. But if you close the window and put AC on, it will feel like a very smooth radio on, I could not complain about it (the music was great). We haven't had a chance to try the indoor activities, but only seeing (and smelling) the wellness part was amazing.

Beautiful hotel, well positioned, with a huge potential.

We were very disappointed. The room was not cleaned well, there were spider webs and dust on the furniture, for a week the bedding was not changed at all even if I left on the bed for the cleaning women 5 leva, she took the money but no cleaning. Since we arrived at the hotel we asked the reception to reserve 2 parking spaces for us at the first opportunity, we were promised that in 2 days more tourists would leave and parking spaces would be vacated. After 2 days we went to take our parking spaces, the incident made that us to be at the reception after a group that bribed to be given places and when we asked for our reserved places they told us that they have no places available. We were treated very badly by the receptionist Florena, she had a superior attitude and shouted at us that it is not her job to solve our problems. On the beach at the first hour (schedule 08:00-18:00) you couldn't find any free sunbeds because the tourists came at 5 in the morning and “reserved” the sunbeds by tying them with towels, I repeat the program starting at 08:00. In the restaurant the plates were very dirty, they were not washed at most wiped with a napkin, not even the glasses. There is no point in talking about food. The toilet next to the reception and restaurant smelled very bad. In conclusion, the services are very bad. Too bad, because the hotel is beautiful, with a huge potential, well positioned, but the employees will destroy it with their incompetence.

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, the food was good enough for my taste and I liked the fact that the hotel has a spa inside where you can have a relaxing massage.

The parking was very crowded, I manage somehow to park the car but with some effort and from this reason I almost hit a car inside...

No parking, had to park at International Casino Hotel (27bgn/day) Beverages are the cheapest ones In one word: quantity over quality!

The variety of food was quite poor, or at least, poorer comparing to other 4 stars all inclusive, but still of decent quality. I found something I liked every day, especially ice-cream (unlike other all inclusive ice-cream, this one wasn’t the cheapest). In conclusion, the food was decent but it could have been better. The drinks were decent except for the juice. It was horrible. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend this hotel if you are not a picky eater.

much clor in the pool

The location was good, right across the beach. You also have sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach. The public areas at the hotel were in general clean.

- The beach bar was not open yet (but we were told it was when we booked this property) - COVID-19 health and safety measures were not follow by some guests, such as wearing a mask where the buffet is, and the staff did nothing. - The room was not perfectly clean (spider web in the wall). They “cleaned” the room when we complained, but the spider web was still there when we left. - The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom is old. - We had a late check-in and asked for snacks because we missed dinner. The staff told us that they will take some snacks to the room, but it never happened. And when we asked an hour later, the answer was “we don't have anything left”. We went to sleep without dinner because at that point restaurants were closed. - Hotel staff did not provide any information at the check-in, we had to figure out where everything was, what was open, what we could or could not do, etc. Hospitality is not a strength in this hotel.
