Modern and clean. The lifts worked and everything was sign posted
The pillows were very lumpy. Breakfast - had to wait a while for the buffet to be topped up. So the other food on plate was getting cold

Good size room, which was clean and comfortable and dog friendly.
Central to everything, we will stay again
The parking onsite was limited, so there is no guarantee that you will get a space.

Our room had a great view and was spacious including baby cot and sofa bed. It was in good proximity to the ferry port, nice to be able to use pool facilities and we were lucky enough to park on site. Walking distance to the sea with lovely views. The mini bar in the room and coffee machine was a lovely addition too. We also liked the fish pond outside!
Staff at check in were not very helpful and seemed as if they needed more training. Room was not ready on time. The pool was having electrical work which meant changing in the pitch black when the lights went off, luckily I had my phone nearby. Although the room was mostly clean, the bathroom could really use some TLC.

Everything was fine but the beds (double and sofa bed) were SO UNCOMFORTABLE that we hardly had any sleep for the 2 nights
