Close proximity to Lourdes Sanctuary. It was very close to Metro Station.

It was very hard to communicate to the receptionist in English. I understand that given they speak French it was very hard. I was not happy when I called the telephone in the reception area as no one is there and I requested fresh towels but the receptionist don’t understand me and ended up hanging the phone.

Almost everything. Very rude host. No manners to treat customers. We were promised rooms with balcony there were none. Very hot place, we requested a fan that was promised and never arrived. We were made to ckean up after breakfast even we pay extra fir it. All members please do not go near this hotel

The advertisement on booking.com mentioned free parking but no mention that it was 200 yards down a steep hill turn left go under the bridge and there is the municipal parking lot. There was also no mention of the fact that there was no place to park near the front door of the hotel for unloading luggage.

this was the second time stayed in this hotel very clean and very close to the station Lourdes church, friendly staff

this was small this time but it's ok for one person

pets…not sure if it was the owner or client. because in my first day, I saw a man with a big dog in the corridor along the reception. in my last day, early morning, a family of Asian accent and dialects were at the corridors in 2nd floor and talking to each other who are still in their rooms, sooooo loud. as if there are no other occupiers in the hotel. sometimes, or say often we need to observe silence as other occupiers are still sleeping.
