Very luxurious comfortable and spacious. Loved the open plan my children and I enjoyed every moment spent there

The location was excellent. Our apartment was on Level 32 of the North Tower with an Ocean view. Woolworths supermarket located directly underneath the building. Coles supermarket was located on the same block. Close to train station & bus stops. Central to Cavill Avenue, tourist activities and a variety of dining options. If you like walking, a short distance to the Esplanade and beach.
Keeping in mind we visited in the Australian Winter, the outside swimming pools were freezing cold. The spa was located in the South Tower pool area, separate from the heated indoor pool in the North Tower.

Location, view, spacious apartment.
Terrible check out which took 45mins because the lifts weren’t all working and we had to take the key back to a different location. This would have been avoided if lifts weren’t fixed and you could leave the key in your room.
The utensils/plates/cups etc… were minimal.
Range-hood wasn’t working at our cooktop.
No fans in the bathrooms for ventilation.

Location was good, room comfortable. Had everything we needed
The bin was over flowing from previous tenants. I disliked the process of collecting the key, not enough information given about where to get it.
