the welcome drink on arrival is bliss. the facilities, the people, the view, we just love it

we stayed in an older style room and it’s small with the fold out couch in use. you can get a two bedroom unit for the same price.

Great location and great for kids! Always love our stays

A shame that they have increased the costs so much that it is unaffordable to stay, for what it is.

Hard to get chairs by the pool

Breakfast was really good. Staff at the breakfast were very helpful. Food for the whole stay was amazing. The rooms are amazing, pillows were awful, but there were great pillows in the cupboard, so that made up for it! The bathrooms are lovely and big. The pool is lovely, best time to go to the Marriott is during the week. Not so crowded.

The bathroom was quite dingy, gross silicone and grout in lots of parts that should be replaced and a hair in my birthday daughters in room dining breakfast pancakes which was a turn off

Staff were amazing- really helpful- the room was dirty when we arrived but they quickly moved us to another room. Pool and food is great! Cocktails are a must!!

A lot of people. A bit too busy.. the rooms was dirty when we arrived but they were able to fix that. And gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Woke at 2am on night 1 to a flooding bedroom. no leaks in our room and had to move at 2:30am. No explanation from management or follow up. very disappointed

Shower couldn’t be regulated and tap bathroom sink tap dripping constantly even although the handyman came to the room and said he had fixed it.

The rooms have been recently updated and are modern and clean. Beautiful view facing North over Narrowneck Beach on the Gold Coast.

The fire alarm went off just as we went to sleep, we were told not to evacuate but it went off for 15 mins. Parking was very limited the night we were staying

No breakfast too expensive $100 for two people can eat at the best restaurants for dinner

Was very disappointed with the cleaning. Was not told at any time that it was not part of the hotel and that cleaning involves minimum service. Had to get the cleaner back to wipe the bench top and left the rubbish bin out to be collected otherwise it was left in the cupboard. Shower was leaking for 3 days, dishwasher not working, finally moved to another room and compensated with a cheap bottle of wine. For someone who stayed 14 nights and paid a lot of money, was very disappointing.
