the location and facilities were perfect.

booked a three bedroom apartment but got a two bedroom apartment with the enclosed balcony converted to another bedroom. photos of what we booked were different to what we got.

Awesome location, close to the beach, eateries & shops but really quiet. Pools and amenities were excellent! Apartment is a great size for a big family. Overall really good and we will look to stay again when we return.

Wifi in the apartment would be good, we didn’t realise it did not have wifi as it’s just to be expected in this day and age, we had a daughter still needing to do remote learning for University so we ended up spending a lot of $ in roaming data. Info around aircon unit in apartment instructions would be handy.

Kevin is a gentleman and very helpful. He kindly provided me with an extra car park for no extra charge and readily accepted a late check out that was very helpful for my family. The location and apartment view are unbeatable. You can see from the photos.

We paid $1200 a night for a premium apartment that was not exactly what we got. This apartment needs a bit of maintenance. The laundry is a mess. It is dark and both the dryer and washing machine were old and dirty. The kitchen cabinets were not completely clean and some doors could not be closed. The door of one of the dishwashers was jammed and could not be used. The extra bed was a cheap foldable bed with an old and filthy worn-out foam mattress. It was absolutely useless. There were food scraps in drawers. The shower head in the main bedroom bathroom was broken and was not easily useable. The dining chairs were filthy and stained. The main bedroom bed and mattress are old and uncomfortable. Its mattress has gone down and should be replaced. The second bathroom/toilet door locking mechanism was broken (with 9 guests and two toilets you can guess what can happen frequently with an unlocked bathroom). AND FINALLY, there was no wifi! Yes it was mentioned in the apartment description but why?? How much does it really cost?? I have put some photos, you see it yourself!!

Late check out Q1 as a whole and views

Both dishwashers broken, no dishwashing soap so had to buy some as well as a brush to clean the dishes. Lucky there were 7 of us to chip in and get it all done. No blankets on beds just sheets Really dated, I’ve worked at the Q1 for a year and stayed at the Q1 numerous times and this particular one was not kept well. Wouldn’t say luxury No light when cooking on stove No WiFi Sporadic communication by host Can’t change air con settings Since it is an Airbnb it would’ve been nice to have oil, salt/pepper available. Small things that go a long way and easy to do All above issues were doable and small, the main big red flag was: Front door was broken, lock was barely hanging on. All you had to do was push and the door opened, made us feel uneasy and would expect reimbursement or fixing which neither were done. We were all females and safety was a big concern

Property is a bit tired. Needs a lick of paint and some new beds/mattresses. Also, the air conditioning is only in the lounge room so the bedrooms get very hot once the sun is up. No balcony.

It is a corner apartment with beautiful views. Plenty of space for the entire family with a great sized kitchen.

The manager of the property at check-in took $300 from my credit card as ‘bond’. I left the property in excellent condition (took rubbish out etc) and did not receive my $300 bond back. I have contacted them and called them and met with ‘We will get back to you’. Absolutely horrible service - do not book with them as they are very unprofessional.

The hotel wouldn't give us a trolley because it was a private booking. There were only sheets on the beds no blankets.

Travelling with partner and kids aged: 2,5,12,15,17 and it was perfect for us as we were high with no open balcony but still could open windows safely without any chance of small children climbing up. Very family friendly with access to all pool facilities and a kitchen with everything to cook meals. Awesome apartment.

More toilet paper as only 3 rolls between two bathrooms for 3nights, but apart from that there wasn’t much to fault on this breathtaking apartment.

The view was spectacular & the size meant all my guests could stay in the one apartment

For paying $1200 for one night, there was red wine on the ceiling, linen everywhere, dishwasher dirty, house keeping had not been at all with the gentlemen telling us the previous clients had checked out a few days ago, the housecleaning turning up at 3pm (check in at 2pm however we were invited down earlier to check in at 12pm). The company had sent one cleaner for a three bedroom apartment. When questioned about fresh blankets, we were advised “there is a sheet between you and the blanket so you they don’t need to be washed”, we then bought washing powder and washed the blankets ourselves. It was 5pm when the cleaner finished where we were then able to settle in and get ready for our plans. On going to shower, there was not enough linen for each member to shower. Therefore a few guests did not get to shower. When raising these issues with Kevin and the disappointment due to it being a deluxe luxury apartment, there was no opportunity for compensation for any of the Inconvenience despite multiple attempts to get the house cleaning completed. In fact, Kevin did not allow the sentence to be completed, indicating there was no intention to consider the absolute disgusting state of the apartment and how that impacted the plans for this celebration weekend.

Host was very flexible allowing an early check in. Great location. Amazing views.

There were no power-points in either bathroom.
