Capri Tiberio Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World

The photos online honestly don’t do this hotel justice. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it. It has such a fun, happy atmosphere, with fabulous funky art, gorgeous splashes of colour, beautiful open spaces, and incredible views. So much personality is everywhere you look. What really made our stay, though, were the people. The concierge made everything so seamless before we even arrived, and the pool and restaurant staff could not have been more gracious, warm and welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The food was excellent, the location wonderful, and there was just something very special about the whole place. We kept saying we should go out and explore, but honestly, it was difficult to leave the hotel because we were so happy just being there! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and so clean. We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely sad to leave.

The only thing I would suggest is that the barista gets a milk thermometer - a hot latte was difficult to achieve The showers waste a lot of water , which in todays world is a concern.

Capri Tiberio Palace was exceptional from start to finish. The private transfer service made the entire journey seamless, from the train station to the port and from Capri to the airport after our stay. What stood out most was the level of care from the team. I felt genuinely looked after throughout, with thoughtful evening check-ins to ensure everything was alright and whether I needed anything. The service was personal and attentive, yet always polished and discreet. They made me feel completely taken care of and truly pampered. It was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast menu, which would benefit from a wider and more varied selection.

Breakfast could have been better at this price point, à la carte food was hardly average, pancakes, omelette etc. buffet was decent, coffee good
