I liked it all. Firstly, the location is great. 5 mins walk from the centre, less if you are after the train station. There is parking underneath the building and, although a little tight, is super convenient and seconds away from the lifts. The staff were really lovely and although I always try and speak French, I did appreciate they spoke English when I couldn't remember some words. The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was very comfy. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choices and very good standards and quality. Definitely worth the extra to have the breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant every night as the food was so good and varied. The staff were also super helpful and full of smiles.

There wasn't anything. If I ever go back to this city, I will be staying in this hotel again. It really was great value for money - but not just that, it was a really great stay. If I had to pick one thing, the bath towels could always be a little bigger as I like to cover both boobs at the same time!

Perfect location to visit all the attractions; I didn't even use the metro tickets I purchased! walked everywhere.

Hotel is right on Las Ramblas with small balcony looking over the buzzing street ,our room was for 3 adults ,the extra single bed was comfortable ,the main beds had firm mattresses ideal for me,although the street below is very busy the room was fairly quiet .Staff on check in were very friendly and the 12pm check out was good .

Only fault is that the shower is in the bath which was quite high and no grab rail to aid you

The room was seamingly cleaned everyday but it was not that clean as expected. There was not even a boiling device for tea in the room & the adjacent restaurant charged 1 € for one cup of hot water! For this price it could've been so much better

Because of the location, it was a bit noisy, but the balcony windows are nicely insulated for when you want to rest.

The room was large with city view. It was clean and the staff was great..the room fit me and my 2 sons with plenty of space. There is also a great balcony⁸

There was no coffe maker; not critical since there is a dinner next store. On last day room was not cleaned, but the rest of the time the room was spotless.
