It was a wet weekend and the roads were closed initially. Staff were more than happy for us to have a later check out until we could leave. Much appreciated.

The unit was cold on arrival as central heating was not on, once it got to temperature it was fine.

It was our second stay in unit 26, we love the view, comfort and warmth. Lovely friendly staff.

There was nothing, that we didn't like.

It needed a good lean and maintenance

For the money, it’s very dated and very shabby paint and mould and paint peeling in the bath.

Excellent beach front position. Great shower and comfortable bed. Sunny outdoor terrace looking out over the harbour. Good off street parking. Friendly staff.

For the tariff charged basic provisions from the kitchen were missing. Spare tea towels, a dish cloth, a can opener, bottle opener, salt & pepper …simple things that could be expected in the advertised ‘full kitchen’. Cutlery was low quality. More lightweight picnic hamper standard. I note the same comment was recorded by a guest in December 2022 with no action. No hairdryer in the bathroom despite being listed as a feature. Internet not working for first day, then stopped again next day. The property manager provided the missing items when contacted but should have been available from check-in. The plumbing has a disturbing unit-wide cavitation noise in the pipework for any low-flow cold water use (cistern flush, washing mc refill, hand basin). Needs some focused maintenance to resolve. Property manager was aware of the issue and needs the property owner to initiate.

Everything was great. The property was fantastic, an awesome location and the facilities were first class. The place was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

For the price of the property the facilities where below average, terrible shower, dryer didn’t work. fridge not clean. Bed sheets were clean but covers were pretty gross.
